When I moved to Grimsby in 2021, I discovered the challenge of finding a community of like-minded individuals. This is a common issue when moving to a new area, and that's why I created JenZen.

My vision for JenZen is to create a safe and supportive space where we can come together to learn, grow, and connect spiritually.

I invite you to join our Mystic Moon Women's Circles, where we gather on the nights of the new and full moon to reconnect with our spiritual wisdom and tap into the power of the elements.

Once a month, we also have our Shamanic Guided Meditation Circle. During this session, I will guide you through a grounding and connecting meditation before leading you on a journey into your inner sanctuaries.

For those who are seeking one-on-one or small group healing, I offer workshops combining Soul Retrieval and Inner Child Healing. This powerful modality can help heal trauma experienced in this life. We will work together to cut karmic ties and heal ancestral wounds, creating a transformative shift in our lives for generations to come.

At JenZen, I also offer a full range of Hypnotherapy services, including the combination of hypnotherapy and Reiki. This holistic approach offers a deeply relaxing and positive way to heal physical, emotional, and mental problems.
